IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Oklahoma City, southern Edmond, Del City, Yukon, Bethany, Warr Acres, The Village, Nichols Hills, Forest Park, Woodlawn Park, Lake Aluma, Smith Village, The Fairgrounds, Wiley Post Airport and The Capitol.
