Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. Wind prone areas along Hwy 395 in Mono County may see gusts 60+ mph. Higher Sierra ridgetops may see gusts 100+ mph. * WHERE...Greater Lake Tahoe Area, and Mono County. * WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/2 mile due to falling snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages.
