Hydrologic Outlook issued July 26 at 1:18PM AKDT by NWS Fairbanks AK ESFAFG Rainfall of 1-2 inches, heaviest across the Central Brooks Range, will cause rising waters on rivers and streams including the Sag, Kuparuk, Colville, Koyukuk, through the weekend. Fast- running streams may see very rapid rises, so outdoor recreators should pay special attention to fast moving streams as well as inundation of gravel bars.
