Locations: Hopedale and vicinity. Time span: Tuesday and Tuesday night. Remarks: Conditions will deteriorate as strengthening winds combine with fresh snowfall to cause widespread blowing snow. The worst conditions are expected during the day on Tuesday as the strong winds will coincide with the highest snowfall rates. ### Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility. Blowing snow advisories are issued when winds are expected to create blowing snow giving poor visibility to 800 metres or less for at least 3 hours.
